You must be over 18 to make a booking

  • Bookings must be paid for in full 10 days before arrival.
  • security deposit of £100.00 is required per cabin/apartment at least 24 hours prior to check in, we will send an email reminder prior to your stay, security deposit will be released on the afternoon of departure after successful check out inspection providing all Terms & Conditions of the Fairy Glen have been adhered to. Depending on your bank this may take up to 5 working days. (It is advisable to check this with your bank before arrival).
  • Failure to pay security deposit results in booking being cancelled including loss of any monies pre-paid.
  • Bookings are made with non-refundable 10% deposit and any amendments required to date of booking we must be notified by email 21 days prior to stay, we will then endeavour to either allocate a new date for you or refund the balance of your payment (except deposit)
  • We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in the event of having to cancel your booking.
  • Check out time 11.00am.
  • Check in time 3pm
  • Pets are permitted (breed must be advised prior to confirmation) they can be added to your booking as an extra – charge for pets is £15.00 per day per pet. Pets must be kept on lead when out and about around the property.
  • The grounds & properties surrounding the cabins and apartments are there for all to enjoy and explore. A games cabin is also provided for communal use and we respectfully ask that you use the properties provided with care and respect.
